Background
The Ad Hoc Water and Sewer Rate Study Committee is a volunteer, temporary advisory committee to the City Council for the 2024-25 water and sewer rate study. The Committee consists of five public participants who are current water and/or sewer customers. The purpose of the Committee is to review water and sewer rate structures based on options, priorities, and objectives requested by the City Council and to provide ideas, feedback, and recommendations in areas including social equity, administrative manageability, and outreach.

All members will serve a one-year term from September 4, 2024, through September 4, 2025.
